Measurements:

A - Facing Material Width
B - Facing Material Height
C - Facing Material Depth
D - Facing Opening Width
E - Facing Opening Height
F - Hearth Width
G - Hearth Height
H - Hearth Side Projection
I - Right Side Clearance
J - Left Side Clearance

Additionally:

Amount of facing material exposed each side of opening after installing surround
Amount of facing material exposed above opening after installing surround
Any other size or height restrictions
Mantel Opening Height and Width
